Welcome to Aspire Sound Studio. By booking a session or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services

• Aspire Sound Studio provides electronic music production tutoring, DJ lessons, and professional mixing and mastering services.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

Lesson Bookings

• Clients may book lessons online or by direct arrangement with the studio. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, as well as failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

• In the case of genuine emergencies, a late reschedule may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Mixing & Mastering Services

• Full payment is required before the final product is delivered to the client.

 

3. Studio Conduct

• Clients must arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals will not result in extended sessions.

• Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while on studio premises.

• Clients are solely responsible for their own health and safety during their time at the studio.

• Any damage caused to studio equipment or property by a client will be the client’s financial responsibility. An invoice will be issued for any repairs or replacements required.

• Clients may bring up to two people to each session. All guests must be approved in advance and must follow the same conduct and safety expectations as clients.

 

4. Ownership of Work

• Clients retain full ownership of all audio produced in the studio, including music created during lessons or audio processed through mixing and mastering services.

 

5. Media Consent

• We may occasionally request to share photos or short clips from sessions on our social media platforms. We will always ask for your permission before posting any content that includes you or your work.

 

6. Privacy & Data

• Client information such as name, email, phone number, and address is stored securely within the backend of our website. This information is used solely for communication and service-related purposes and is never shared or sold to third parties.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

• Aspire Sound Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
